Do unused tokens roll over?
No. Tokens reset for each new billing period unless rollover is explicitly added in future plans.
If I renew early, do tokens reset or stack?
Current behavior resets entitlement period and quota for the new cycle. Tokens are not stacked on top.
Why do I see rate limit errors?
Per-account rate limits prevent abuse and protect reliability. Wait a short moment and retry.
Can I use keyword mode without paying?
Yes. Keyword Search and Smart Search are available without AI subscription.
Why does AI ask for at least 50 comments?
AI needs enough context from the current video to generate useful, reliable answers.
Checkout succeeded but AI is still locked. What should I do?
Wait briefly for sync, refresh the page, then sign out/in once. If needed, contact support.
